Install a simple application called Input Remapper | (mirror)
Input Remapper allows you remap the fan speed of your mac while using Bootcamp. It also allows you to remap some keystrokes and other options as well. I however primarily use it to increase the fan speed to prevent overheating.
This app is a must have for those who dual boot using Windows and Bootcamp.

Google has fixed what I always thought was a rather huge PITA. Previously when you imported contacts into Gmail from OSX Address Book, MS Outlook etc… it would put fields it didn’t understand into the notes section. Now it keeps track of them as it should. Yay, much cleaner contacts prevail!
